The MALDI data were generated by Bruker UltrafleXtreme mass spectrometer in the linear mode. 
The filenames indicate:
1. The [PSI+] prion variants (strong S7 or weak W2)
2. The studied Sup35 construct (NMG stands for Sup35(1-239)-GFP; DE1: the Sup35 DE1 construct used for cryEM reconstruction, Sup35 (1-96, acidic stretch, 155-239)-GFP).
3. SDS: these samples were prepared using SDS to dissolve large non-prion complexes. All other samples used Sarcosyl.
4. The Figure number, where a spectrum is presented.
